Each memory diode of our Pseudo SRAM, Static Random Access Memory, utilizes DRAM Cells consisting of one transistor and one capacitor, and yet doesn’t fall short of other SRAMs. On top of that, their price per bit is lower than other SRAMs, making Pseudo SRAMs more suitable for systems in needs of large storage capacity. In short, our Pseudo SRAMs have overcome the price barrier of other SRAMs and the Refreshment problem of DRAMs. Our Pseudo SRAMs can run system level operation without no extra circuit added because Refreshment is automatically arranged inside themselves. |
